Cell C reponse to compaint non existent on Data packages supplied by their subcontracors
Cell C offer subcontracting business to individuals and companies, where by you can get data packages on a monthly basis cheap. You go through the subcontractor yet the supplier of DATA is Cell C I did and bought a modem along with a 100g data card, I paid for it and the sub contractor failed to deliver and never refunded me my monies, I sent an on line e-mail via their contacts to Cell C and to date have received no reply.

Not honouring committment to refund monies
I feel obligated to inform anybody that is not sure about the above mentioned company, where there was a lot of back and forth from both parties, the owner had undertaken to refund me in full but had said that it was company policy to wait 14 days, this I have on written record from him. Months have passed and there has been no refund, despite me having given my banking details.

BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE
This individual has strung me along with his own undertakings to deliver a Modem which was past its time of delivery already, Mr. JP Kuypers then set another timeline and nothing, no communication nothing, I then whatsapped him stating thet I feel I have been conned, immediate reaction! I have communicated in the main by Whatsapp and all I get is "have a nice day and advises me to take legal advice" for R1400 ? he knows that's not going to happen when I respectfully ask for a refund, I am informed it will take 7 days, another deadline imposed by him, and why 7 days, because he states he has business procedures , in a one man operation when my funds have been EFT' ed into his account over a week ago. I can carry on, but should anybody want to see my date stamped conversations with him, can make up their own mind. WHAT A MISTAKE TO THINK THERE WAS HONOUR IN DEALING WITH SMALL COMPANIES , THERE IS VERY LITTLE EFFECTIVE RECOURSE.
