No Response, Never Returned My 2 x Monitors Costing R4000
Don't use this company. They took 2 of my Samsung monitors in for repair on 28 April 2021, and they have never return them to me. After numerous requests to bring them back, it's been now 2 and half months, they promise and promise and have never brought them back. They have STOLEN my two Samsung PC monitor costing more than R4000 and I am close to report them to the police.

Breezy Migration to Cool Ideas
Switching my existing fibre line to Cool Ideas has been breezy, my fibre line was up and running the second working day the migration order was placed, and with the help from Keagan & Basetsana at technical support I was able to fine-tune my own router to be working on the Cool Ideas network. Speed so far has been consistent at 25Mb / 25Mb with no downtime. Very happy with the migration and also at a very good price. Recommended!
