Communication went in smoke and mirrors
Communication initially began with a gentleman named Lodin and I seem to have like what I was informed about regarding my faulty inverter with his willingness to collect my unit within the same day. However since I had to arrange this I reverted a few weeks later and requested collection via WhatsApp channel, online booking request, email and eventual 3 days later I decided to call in and request the collection. Spoken to Given and assured me that my message will be forwarded to Lodin who would call me for arrangements. Two days later pear shaped lack of interest and failed to communicate, eventually scening my calls and never bothered answering or getting back me!!!!!! Communication Lodin and as for Given what waste of my time honestly smoke and mirrors I think perhaps task was too big for small minded business

No Response, Never Returned My 2 x Monitors Costing R4000
Don't use this company. They took 2 of my Samsung monitors in for repair on 28 April 2021, and they have never return them to me. After numerous requests to bring them back, it's been now 2 and half months, they promise and promise and have never brought them back. They have STOLEN my two Samsung PC monitor costing more than R4000 and I am close to report them to the police.

Disappointed Customer
Very disappointed. I chose to contact this company to assist with a monitor repair based on the reviews I've read on them. I was quite excited believing that they will be able to help. After receiving no feedback on email for half a day, I tried contacting them on WhatsApp. It took 20 minutes to receive a response with which I can live with, but the manner in which my query was answered was not very professional. No greeting, no acknowledgement of my request just simply "Sorry we can't fix it" (and no punctuation either). I can understand if they can't help, just disappointment that this was the result after all the 5 start ratings. (Clearly they only posted the best on their website...)

Avoid at all costs
Technodrive collected my 60inch TV and transported it with no protective wrapping WHATSOEVER. They then return it wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap (like that will do much). The TV now has a 1mm dark line down the middle of the screen and they take ZERO responsibility. Steer clear at all costs.

Repair failed after one week, refused to rectify
They took my 40' TV in for repair. Actual cost was considerably more than the original estimate, but I paid it anyway. After just one week, the same problem occurred. I contacted them again to come and repair again under the warranty, but have just not collected it over one month later and now ignore my e-mails and refuse to take my calls
