Communication went in smoke and mirrors

Communication initially began with a gentleman named Lodin and I seem to have like what I was informed about regarding my faulty inverter with his willingness to collect my unit within the same day. However since I had to arrange this I reverted a few weeks later and requested collection via WhatsApp channel, online booking request, email and eventual 3 days later I decided to call in and request the collection. Spoken to Given and assured me that my message will be forwarded to Lodin who would call me for arrangements. Two days later pear shaped lack of interest and failed to communicate, eventually scening my calls and never bothered answering or getting back me!!!!!! Communication Lodin and as for Given what waste of my time honestly smoke and mirrors I think perhaps task was too big for small minded business
