Extremely insufficient client support / contact methods
I am really displeased with Travelstart. :( I've been trying to use the contact form to get my brother in law's ticket from Johannesburg suspended / refunded since Monday 5 July. His flight was on Thursday 8 July. I really hope that this credit is not lost now due to Travelstart's slow response. My you please advise? Boooking code - ZA08798164 Can you guys please make changes to your customer support. Perhaps introduce a visible queuing system (like Nedbank) with the amount of tickets in front of you so that you at least know where your request is at at any given time. For over a week now I haven't heard anything from Travelstart and I have submitted another request via the contact form (which just adds to the chaos on your side). I've also tried to use the Whatsapp bot service but that just says everyone is busy and that I should try again later. This is not good service. I've been using travelstart for years and it is really sad for me to give you guys such a low rating but I just don't know what else to do to get hold of you anymore.

Superb service and speed!
Probably the best service for anything I ever experienced in SA. :) I remember reading all the hellopeter comments thinking it might be fake as every review has 5 stars but I can testify that is a true story. These guys are experts. Thanks Irshaad for your superb service, communication and care. It is much appreciated!!
