Skinbeat.co.za has the level of customer service one would expect from a luxury brand: always polite and professional, customer-centric, going above and beyond, parcel always arrives perfectly neat and undamaged. There was confusion about my order and they did an excellent job in fixing it, earning themselves a lifelong raving fan. Fast service. Great communication. Very rarely any issues and if there are any, their customer help is amazing. Fantastic range of products. While some other Kbeauty businesses here in South Africa take complaints personally and guilttrip you, Skinbeat is professional, collected and reliable.
I bought something small from the online store, they sent me the wrong item. Now I must drive all the way to a physical store to issue a refund and then REORDER the item that I wanted AND pay for delivery because THEY made a mistake. Awful customer experience. This company obviously has no idea what they're doing. VERY disappointed.
