Grammarly does not have any refund policy!! This is ridiculous and BAD client service! My quarterly subscription sent off today, and I immediately tried to cancel since I won't be using it this quarter (travelling). However there is no way for me to get a refund at all! I tried everything. They only give iOS users the option refund, and I am a PC and Android user. Obviously just trying to milk as many payments from their users as possible!!!!
Got a phone call from Liberte Solutions that supposedly works with the JSE (btw... this sounds like Liberty over the phone, giving it fake credibility). They told me that an indirect trading account has been opened in my name and that it is earning 25% (just that.. no term, no anything). And wanted to book an in-person meeting as soon as possible to take me through these options etc. Then added that this was an educational service provided with the JSE. I found this call very upsetting. It sounds very dodgy. They could not give any details about this supposed in-direct trading account that was opened, or about the returns that it is supposedly earning, or about the assets that could be traded with this account. This whole thing was just ridiculous and unpleasant. After a while of not being able to answer any of my question they just hung up.
I have been trying to book an online ticket multiple times (> 5 times) with multiple credit cards. Every time I just get a connection has reset screen, and the payment is declined. I also tried phoning their telephone line, and they just hung up on me. This is really poor service for a cinema, and makes it impossible to book a movie ticket.
