If there was a-10 star rating it would have been too low! They have no idea of customer service or online shopping! I have bought a Fridge from PnPHome online shop on 3/12/2022, payment went of immediately - even though their website state that it will go the day before or on delivery. So I thought great I will receive my order the next day. Well surprise, when I phoned them the next day, they informed me no it will be 2 - 5 working days (the operator even swear at me). According to their website you will be notified the day before delivery via sms from the delivering company with driver details and reg nr that will do my delivery. I should have according to the operator that I spoke to on 4/12/2022 receive my sms on 8/12/2022. Well surprise, no sms, so I contacted the support center again, and I was informed that they did not have stock - WHAT! why do you advertise things that you don't have in stock and even have the audacity to take PAYMENT!.... but they have just received the stock and I will receive my fridge either 8/12/2022 or 09/12/2022. This morning I received a sms from a different delivery company as stated on their website, with none of the details of driver, reg nr etc! and guess what..... I'm not getting it today. I contacted the company and they informed me that PnP send it economy witch give them 2-3 business days to deliver so I will have to wait for them. PLEASE never ever buy anything online from PnP! It's absolutely not worth it to support them. Oh.... I'm still waiting for my feedback from PnP!!!!
I have enrolled my daughter to this online maths teacher (website: www.xtrawiskunde.co.za). But unfortunately, this so-called teacher is more interested in money than to teach your child. The first few months all was great, but as time progress, the children in the online classroom just got more and more, and that personal attention just got lost. To be honest the class is only for 30 min, where they only do one sum, and most nights it’s the repeat of the same sum over and over. You must go and download "homework" that is not even looked at or marked - what’s the use, right? Towards the end my daughter was not interested in these classes at all, and I gave in the last 3 months my notice that I won't be renewing my services, and that it will come to an end at the end of the contract. The only response I got from Hendrik was the terms of the contract that I must pay up! People is this person acting in the best interest of your child or his pocket. Needless to say, my account was paid up in time. More the 4 months later I received a letter of demand for outstanding funds to this institution. I was shocked. No statement, no phone calls nothing for more than 4 months and the boom suddenly, a letter of demand! So, I send Hendrik my latest statement from him with proof of payment in full, and guess what... I only receive a statement back that my account is paid in full. No apology, no explanation. If I can give you any advice, stay away as far as you can! It may seem like a cheap option, but I would rather pay more at an institution and know your child get the attention that they need, and aren’t only a ***gy bank for someone. This was a very expensive lesson that I have learnt, the children’s best interest is not at heart, the bank account is.
