I am so frustrated at the lack of client service that Webafrica has. They have installed my router, which does not work, I have sent telephonic queries, used the live chat on Whatsapp, and they cant even find their own reference number. I am now stuck with a router that does not work and being billed for services I cannot use. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN AND NO REPOSNSE ON ANY OF THE OTHER HELLO PETER COMMENTS FROM BUSINESS!!!!
4 aces is rogue. They issued the wrong spare even with the correct Vin number. On return in the original packaging and same condition, they refuse to return it without the invoice. Even though we have proof of payment. They state that they do not keep a duplicate invoice, how do they record and audit their sales. The correct part is the same price but they want us to pay for it without a refund on the incorrect part. What a rogue of a company.
