<div>My wife dropped my Mercedez Benz to their workshop to assess the air condition and submit the report to mfc insurance. Later on that day Ruan the mechanic called me to tell that my car doesn't want to start which was false, i asked him to see what might be the fault and report it to the insurance since he was writing the report for submission. In his report he stated that my car was towed-in and my car was non starter the time it was dropped to their workshop. I reported this false claim to the insurance and they called him and he's response when he was asked why he submitted false claim ,and he replied by saying "it was mistake". They damaged my starter which was nothing wrong with it. They are currently under investigation by the insurance for false claim and damages they made to my car after their claim was rejected by the insurance. Be warned and never leave your car with them especially if your car has minor problem, rather take day off from work and be available when they fix or assess.</div>
Hi everyone. Please advise, i have posted the review in this page regarding MBG AUTOMOTIVE. The lady by the name of Monique Smith removed my review citing the language i have used which i understood. I wrote the other review using peaceful language. Monique kept on removing my review, i asked her what is the reason of her to remove my review this time and she reply by saying "The other party that i am making review about are claiming to say my statement on the review is false". Monique Smith asked me to produce evidence to support my statement, which i did by emailing her the recording with all the information and that was not enough to her. Monique Smith ask me to make affidavit from police station for her in order to reinstate my review. Please advice: are these new processes you need to follow when one is posting a review? I doubt that Monique Smith has asked the other party to produce evidence when they were denying my statement. I have lost the trust in this page if certain people are given preferential treatment. I wish someone working for this page who is above Monique Smith can reply to educate me if these are new processes or Monique has her own personal interest.
<div>Becareful of the the these guys working for MBG AUTOMOTIVE in Brackenfell. If your car is driveable i advise you not to leave with the if needed to be diagnosed. They will advise you to leave your car claiming to be very busy. Once you do as they wish they will call your later to tell you your car is not starting. My insurance is still investigating the false report they submitted claiming my car was towed-in though my car was dropped by my wife driving it. When they were asked why the submitted false report, Ruan responded by saying it was mistake. They asked me to pay R7000.00 for the starter they claim to changed and replaced by the new one without insurance andmy authorisation. When i ask the to show me the old starter they failed to produce it. My car engine is damaged because of them it does not have power. The only problem i asked to check was only air condition. </div>
The guys working here are crooks, my wife drove the car to their workshop. The car had air condition problem and i told them i will claim to mfc insurance. They had to assess what might be the problem to the air condition and submit the report to mfc insurance. To my surprise my wife was ask to drop and leave the car instead of aassessing the fault upon arrival and let her drive back to work while waiting for authorisation from the insurance. Later on that day i received the call from the guy by the name of Ruan telling me that my car is not starting and that was a surprise to me because my car never had starting problem. I ask him to assess it as well and add to his report and submit to the insurance. In my surprise from the insurance Ruan stated from the report that my car was towed-in the time it arrived to their workshop. The insurance guys phoned Ruan asking him why he submitted false claim and he replied by saying it was a mistake. I decided to went to their workshop with my wife to collect the car, upon our arrival the guy doesn't want to release the car claiming that he has replaced the new starter in the car. I ask him who authorized him to work in the car and he replied by saying he was authorized by my insurance. We phoned mfc insurance to make payment since they authorized them, the insurance response was, they never authorized him to work in the car. He was asked to produce authorisation reference and he failed to do so. When he was asked why he worked on the car without authorisation and my consent he replied by saying he assumed that the insurance will approve the claim. I asked him to show us the the ignition part he claimed he had fixed and he failed to produce it instead he ask me to pay R7000.00 I called the insurance to explain the situation and he was asked to remove the part he claimed that he has fixed and replace the old one, he told the insurance that the car wont start again. Sais part of it my car had only air condition problem the time we sent to them nothing more and it was driveable however now i am in the situation where by my car is dead and there's a lot of faults that i believe they made them deliberately after they were denied by insurance. Monday the 4th July AA tow truck will tow my car back home :-( I worn people to be vigilant when they sent their car to these greedy hyenas. If your car is driveable dont ever allow them to keep it in their workshop.
Woolworths is like a ****a Shop, just simple request you have to hold on the phone for 2 hours and the officials will even drop calls. they very unprofessional.
Bad Service I had in my entire life with Auto and General, On the 5th of May 2019 my car was knocked by taxi and it broke the whole driver side mirror and I reported the accident to both SAPS and Auto and General with all the details of the third party, After that I received whatsapp message from the number ********** stating that I must took pictures of the damage and I did exactly what the message was asking me to do, a week after I submitted the pictures of the damage I made a follow up phone call to ask about the out comes and I was told that the damage is falling within the excess amount. Upon arrival I paid R2499.00, Auto Magic official told me to pay extra R3700.00 to make my excess fee because the damage that they fixed costed R9200.00 and I disputed that, I was told that until I paid extra 3700.00 the I will be able to get my car. Bear in mind that I already went to the small claims court to ask letter of demand against the third party because I was told by Auto and general legal team that they wont be able to assist me because I was paying privately. Third party paid the R2499.00 as per small court claim and the case is closed from small court claim. I phoned Auto and General to ask for reimbur*****t of 3700.00 since they are the one who gave me the damage total cost. I made several calls spending more than the hour on phone and they kept on transferring on deferent departments no one is giving me clear indication and some officials will even drop my call.
