KW Clockwork Properties should not be trusted! None of the units at Olivet in Ferndale were thoroughly checked before any of the residents moved in, a lot of units have things that are either broken, need to be fixed, or redone. These people cut corners! This unfortunately resulted in ongoing snag lists where residents are constantly forced to send emails upon emails reminding Anton of all outstanding work on their houses. Residents have to wait for their issues to be attended to because not everyone works from home and can be available to let people in order to fix what needs to be fixed.
Liquid Capital decided to double debit me for an old plan whereas I already took a new plan. Who the **** does that? What bull**** is that? They had the nerve to tell me that the old plan's term hasn't finished even though the services offered are exhausted so they expect me to pay for an old plan that won't add any value to my car whilst paying for a new plan which I'm yet to use? How the **** does that make any sense? When I took out the new plan none of this bull**** was explained to me!!! You guys are ****ed in the head if you think that I'm going to pay for something I'm not using while paying for a new plan. FIX THIS ****EN MESS!!!
Due to the devastating effects of COVID, I was retrenched by the company I was working for. I was then forced to cancel my discovery medical aid plan as I can't afford it. I called the call center and a kind gentleman assisted me with the cancelation. He went further by asking his supervisor if I can be charged for the previous month (September) thus effectively canceling my medical aid membership and saving me the money I would have had to pay at the end of October. He sent me all the documentation confirming the withdrawal of membership. I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU! I've forgotten his name but I just want to say thank you for showing real kindness and compassion. You really saved me money it might not be much to a lot of people but trust me when I say it will make a huge difference with my budget. When I do get a job I will definitely reinstate my membership.
I've had quite a ****y experience with the Standard Bank vehicle finance division. I went to the branch and called the vehicle department and made arrangements to pay my car 4 months ahead. The payment was made on the 16th of July, I then went to the bank again to call the vehicle finance department on the 21st where I was told that I won't be debited in July as all debit orders will be stopped from July until October and I will only start paying in November. On the 26th of July, I was ****en debited!!! I then went to the bank on the 27th and called the same department again, where I was told that the consultant whom I spoke to on the 21st gave me the wrong information. The debit order was already in process. I was then told that my money would be sent to my account. I was being assisted by Hargreaves, Kaylene Shonese who has no stopped replying to my emails. I want my ****en refund because I was debited for no ****en reason!!!
The service I've received at Renew-it Randburg is total bull****! I called Anya on Friday she wasn’t in, I requested a call back no one called me, I called your office I was told someone would call me but nothing. I called this morning I was told she isn’t in today, I left a message to be called back and still nothing. I have the following issues with my car: - The inside of the door came out again as it wasn’t *****ed in tightly - I can’t lock my door with my key, I prefer central locking and then locking it again for safety reasons which I feel you can understand. - There’s a sound from the driver's side when driving, I don’t know what’s going on but this needs to be looked at ASAP. I really need assistance here with getting my car fixed as I paid the full access amount and was told to contact you if I have an issue. I’m trying to get assistance here because this shouldn’t be happening at all. Please assist ASAP.
