STAY AWAY FROM CLOCKWORK PROPERTIES !!!
I trusted Clockwork properties to lease my apartment. They found a tenant and I co signed the lease agreement on the 19th of September. There was a condition in the lease agreement that I had to carry out certain repairs at my cost of which I comp**** with. On the 30th of September I contacted the agent to ask about the key handover etc. No answer. The following day I received a Whatsapp message to say that the tenant will no longer take the place !!!!! You cannot tell me the day the lease is effective and after I have fulfilled my side of the lease conditions that the tenant is no longer taking the place !!!! The agent who helped me was Clara Kuzhangaira. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CLOCKWORK PROPERTIES AS YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM.

Wrongfully Blacklisted
I was renting an apartment in Edleen but had to downgrade to something more affordable due to a change in my financial circumstances. When I app**** for a new place, I was shocked to learn from the new agency that I had been blacklisted for allegedly not paying rent for January and February—something that is completely untrue. I immediately followed up with my previous rental agency, Clockwork Rentals, and spoke to an agent named Alma Cave. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame to TPN. This raises serious concerns: how can someone be blacklisted without proper verification or cause? This kind of error has real and lasting consequences. Where is the accountability from both TPN and Clockwork Rentals?

Kw clockwork is a total ****
Kw clockwork is a total ****. I am being sent an invoice that's over R6k to paint a rental apartment that I was initially told to just wipe off. The quote has the most expensive paint that was never there when I moved into the unit. The unit also had normal wear & tear when I moved out. Why in the hell do I have to pay R6. 7k for painting? This is the worst treatment I have ever received as a customer!

Henry I tried selling my property for quite some time without success. Fortunately I tried an agent from Clockwork Benoni to my surprise she speedily handled everything hands on, with in a month the property was sold, thanks to Simphiwe Shabangu

Real estate agent ****mer
This company works with a real estate agent by the name of Lesley Cozens . She has her won property that she advertises with the company name. She will take a deposit foe the rental and will refuse to give you the refund when you move out of the property. That cottage has leaks in the roof . The bathroom is leaking , the shower tap is not working and the plumbing is from hell. No hot water, cold water all day . She is a real estate agent from hell .

KW ClockWork Properties is Trash!
KW Clockwork Properties should not be trusted! None of the units at Olivet in Ferndale were thoroughly checked before any of the residents moved in, a lot of units have things that are either broken, need to be fixed, or redone. These people cut corners! This unfortunately resulted in ongoing snag lists where residents are constantly forced to send emails upon emails reminding Anton of all outstanding work on their houses. Residents have to wait for their issues to be attended to because not everyone works from home and can be available to let people in order to fix what needs to be fixed.

KW Clockwork Properties should not be trusted! Racist
After an add was placed to rent on property 24 , I called within minutes to arrange a meeting with the agent who met me on site after me asking if anyone has shown interest in the property in question “ you are the first person because the add was placed minutes ago” . On arrival I was told that the place has been taken after seeing who I am , a person of colour ( brown) . Today my friends call the same advert and to my surprise the place is available. I thought we are supposed to be passed this racist way of thinking And I don’t think your establishment should support racist people. Disgusting behaviour for elderly women.

Why must a client beg to take something down (an online add) ! :(
Dear Clockwork Properties, when an owner ask an agent to please remove listed adds, repeatedly, it really get annoying (and a bad taste in your mouth to beg week after week after week). Caroline - 0 6 1 2 3 0 8 7 8 3 : Please remove your listed ADD for my property !
