Good afternoon FNB. I am trying to register myself and my partner on "my family". Last week FNB send me consent forms to complete, I did that in 30 min. I asked FNB that I am leaving SA for international business, to call me if they need me. 4 days went buy. Today following up, now FNB wants to call me, and I don't have ROAMING on. I now received 3 emails says "sorry, we are trying to call you, not available". I said last week I will be traveling, with no roaming on. Please advise urgently with a senior support person to email me please. TAKE NOTE : EMAIL me please urgently

Dear FNB, today someone called me from DSV. Firstly she said : She wants to delivery my standard bank card. Secondly on that, I asked her to please email me, as I stutter, and her reply "You can collect your FNB Fusion card at your nearest FNB branch". How unprofessional are that. You can by all means listen to the voice recording.
Dear PnP Clothing, another week passed, and still PnP Clothing stores cant do ANY easypay payments. 3 stores visited daily in the last week, "General error". Please advise. This is the 2nd hellopeter, as no one contacted me regarding the issue first log, 2 weeks ago!

WaterLite is our main plumbing provider, handling from geysers, isolators, bust piping, to circuit breakers. Earlier this month a circuit was replace, not again ? (Paying excess with a smile). Can Acacia get a new plumbing service for non GEYSER related service please ? (Please advise CIA, our insurance broker).
My investment matured on the 1st of August 2025. I send an email to reinvest it a few days before it. They acknowledged it, and closed the case. Completed now documentation to have it reinvested. I called now, the ladies dont know anything about my investment. This is very poor, and this isnt change! Sadly I am now losing interest on incompentence!
