***** involving R18000 purchased from Makro online was committed on my Builders' RCS account in April last year. NFO took on my case and many others involving *****ulent trabsactions on RCS accounts. RCS appointed VVM attorneys to harass me for money..Every time attorneys phone me I tell them to contact NFO with my reference number. I have emailed them many times with details but makes NO difference.

I was promised this document within 21 days it is now passed 21 days now. They are now ignoring my emails and my final notice. They are effectively holding my credit record hostage, preventing me from updating my status with the bureaus. This is professional negligence and a violation of the National Credit Act. If you settle with them, do not expect them to do their job and clear your name.

I was promised this document within 21 days it is now passed 21 days now. They are now ignoring my emails and my final notice. They are effectively holding my credit record hostage, preventing me from updating my status with the bureaus. This is professional negligence and a violation of the National Credit Act. If you settle with them, do not expect them to do their job and clear your name.

I settled the outstanding amount on my account more than six weeks ago. Despite this, I have still not received a paid-up letter. Each time I follow up, I am told that the matter has been escalated and that they are waiting for feedback from Vodacom. On 3 March 2026 at 12:50 PM, I contacted the call centre again and requested to be referred to the Ombudsman. The agent informed me that she did not know who or what the Ombudsman was, which I found extremely concerning. I am deeply frustrated, as this delay is negatively affecting my credit score, yet no one appears willing or able to assist me meaningfully. I am repeatedly told to wait, but no one can explain what I am waiting for or provide a timeframe for resolution. The agent was unable to answer basic questions regarding the process or expected turnaround time. I have called VVM over 30 times in 2 months. In addition, the manner in which I have been treated has been discourteous and unhelpful. I urgently require clarity on: What exactly is outstanding on my account, if anything Why a paid-up letter cannot be issued What steps are being taken to resolve this A clear timeframe for resolution This matter needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency.

I HAVE REPORTED YOU TO THE COUNCIL FOR DEBT COLLECTORS OF SEVERE HARASSMENT ,STARTING AT 00:38AM IN THE MORNING, WITH SMSES GOING OFF EVERY 2 MINUTES, 00:38AM, 00:49AM, 00:57AM, 01:07AM, 01:17AM. IM FED UP, YOU KEEP ME OUT OF SLEEP ,THAT I HAD TO PUT MY PHONE ON AIRPLANE MODE. YOU WILL BE SORRY FOR DOING THAT.

Think the ******s in the zoo would have been more helpful then speaking to VVM, as even in the wild there's chain of command. More than a month has gone past and still no direction from VVM and they keep on blaming the "client" Vodacom.

Had over R18000 *****ulently spent on my Builder's account which is part of RCS. My case is with NFO as they are dealing with many such *****ulent cases due to inside leak from RCS. Attorneys VVM contacted me offering a 70% discount on what I owed. But they are not willing to provide me with a "paid up my RCS account * letter after I paid the balance once the discount had been app**** When I told such to RCS they said they would never allow a 70% discount. Attorneys are horribly devious.

I keep on being harassed by this company for another person’s debt. They keep on calling for Miss Khutlano (not sure about the spelling). Every single time I tell them I am not this person, they can clearly hear that I am an Afrikaans Caucasian woman. I request every single time that they remove my number from their system but to no avail.
