WaterLite is our main plumbing provider, handling from geysers, isolators, bust piping, to circuit breakers. Earlier this month a circuit was replace, not again ? (Paying excess with a smile). Can Acacia get a new plumbing service for non GEYSER related service please ? (Please advise CIA, our insurance broker).

I reported a geyser issue on 8 March 2025. The cause was a faulty geyser switch. On the same day the issue was identified and I settled the invoice. The switch was not replaced the same day as they did not have stock. However a few days later the switch was replaced but did not work. The switch was subsequently removed on 12 March and I was told that a new switch is on order. Since then I have not received meaningfull feedack, despite phoning on a regular bassis. This company records phone calls so I am sure they will have me on record. Despite promisses that I will receive feedback no one has contacted me.

Waterlite did an insurance claim on my geyser. The ceiling was soaked with water - I had to remove the ceiling which came out in pieces due to water damage now they said that I removed the ceiling thus not the insurances responsibility to repair & that the ceiling was not soiled. Pathetically useless workman that cannot assess the damage. Never use this company!!!!

Waterlite did an insurance claim on my geyser. Good day On or about November 2023 I had a claim with Cia Insurance as our complex is registered with them,and they appointed Water lite as the contractor. My gyser was leaking then i claimed with the insurance then the appointed contract came and find that the gyser was damaged, and needed to be replaced. Same was done and I paid the access requested. They left and the gyser worked fine. Then hardly 7 months after the replacement there was a leak from the roof I called the insurance again they dispatched another contractor that discovered that the pressure valve that was used by Water Lite was *********** / low quality to the brand of the geyser they installed . I was made to pay another access and complained to CIA and to date I have not received any feedback from them.instead they sent Water Lite an email of which was ignored . So clearly the contractors are robbing us unsuspecting customers by using inferior parts and we pay for such. As stated in my email I want my refund . Case after case, very poor or rather zero client etiquette. Sadly, the estate I live in use them for a while, and I cant choose to replace them, its a BC call. They are more worried about if clients aint home, they leave in 15 minutes, but they can be late for an appointment hours afterwards with ZERO communication.

Totally unproffesional. Insurance appointed Waterlite to replace a burst geyser in our unit. That went well. Resulting damages occurred,stain on ceiling and damge to walls. Owner was not at home when this happened,so imagibe the damage. They rock up there with only ceiling paint,after n few phone calls they eventually admitted that they will have to treat the damp,replace a small piece of ceiling board and paint walls and ceiling. 5 days afterwards the tenant sends me pics showing stains and watermarks not covered. I send them the pics and mails. They called me a day after and assured me they will call back. Never did! Its shameful and dishonest! They like short cuts. They call you 3 a times a day to remind you of excess,they cant even call in 8 days when you query poor workmanship. The lady that handled my claim is plain rude! Zenzi is her name. Id be on high alert when the bank appoints theses okes if i was any of you.
