Cartrack double debited clients saying it was an error. I allege that cartrack needed money for this month thus double debited then giving an option to use money for next month installment or refund. So if a few people.opt for refund they would have early received millions to use till next month. Very *********.
This company fails.to quote an approximate price for their products but wants to come.to do a.demo. working people.have no time. To have a demo then realise the item is unaffordable. Its.fine for a retiree. Normal busines practise is to give a base price at least. But end of the day we cannot force a company as its their product and their perogative how they conduct business but they wasted my time to converse with them.
Rouge driver stole a slice of pizza and messed the box up to look like it shifted during transport. Don't trust Uber eats food deliveries drivers are not ethical. A proper company would.investigate and fire the filthy driver. They can also poison your food like how there are so many mysterious deaths with food poisoning.
Waterlite did an insurance claim on my geyser. The ceiling was soaked with water - I had to remove the ceiling which came out in pieces due to water damage now they said that I removed the ceiling thus not the insurances responsibility to repair & that the ceiling was not soiled. Pathetically useless workman that cannot assess the damage. Never use this company!!!!
Discovery has without notice, at least a phone call, locked my wife's credit card. This is the second time that they have done this. They are extremely unprofessional in doing this as ones credit card is used several times a day. If the account is not paid then yes no problem but a perfectly run account - not acceptable. Furthermore it is a purple card where we are.supposed to have private bankers assisting us. The monthly fees are extremely high but we pay expecting a seamless operation and personalised service. I am shocked & disgusted as to how discovery would lock a purple credit card without calling the client to avoid such an inconvenience & embarrassment.
My car was repaired at ross Champion prospecton in October 2023, I contacted them on 01 November 2023 with a list of their faults on my car. They promised to sort asap. They have been ducking me from then to now almost 6 months later. They have obviously been paid for the job by insurance and now not bothered to rectify their issues on my car. Very unprofessional of them. Not worth supporting such a company. Thank you
Discovery bank paused my secondary card without notice nor contacting me. Pathetic customer service. Note that My account is fully paid up no arrears. Its gets even worse - I am a purple card holder. Disgusting modus operandi!!!!. I have made calls & been on hold for ages, only to be told that the manager will call me back but no response. So much effort is put into designing products and discounts and cash backs but basic courtesy is ZERO!!!! NOT WORTH SUPPORTING THIS BANK!!!!
My vehicle is at dealership for almost 4 month and failing to repair. There has been no assistance in the form of loan vehicle from LRSA. All they can do is call the dealer. Shocking that they cannot back up their brand to keep the name flying high. Why did I ever move from German vehicles?

Oriental restaurant/take away at Workshop Durban has the best food. They take pride in procuring the best ingredients thus product is brilliant. I wish you every success which will follow you when you don't cut corners with ingredients.
