Rain 5G is ****
I purchased a rain 5G router and sim. I does not work. worst internets service I have ever experienced. Trying to get support with no luck for a week now. there is no way of getting InTouch with this service provider other than clicking on the support link. but no one comes back to you. I tried cancelling the service but their is no option on their dashboard to do so. (even though they refer you to the dashboard to do so on their website. they have no support structure and they advertise this product as good. but in reality they don't have a good internet connection. I would just like to cancel this service and cant find a way of doing it.

STAY AWAY
3 Months to process a claim. to date no feedback and they refuse to respond to request for information. They don't answer their telephone either. The worst service ever received. STAY AWAY
