Cape Appliances is a Scam

Cape appliances is a scam I placed an order a month ago. Firstly the credit card payment facility did not work, which only left me with an EFT option. In hindsight, this should have been the first indicator that there is something wrong! Then i struggled to get feedback with regards to delivery. I then read on Hello Peter that quite a few other people had the same issues. The links to these posts are no longer available by the way, which is also dodgy. I wrote an email to cape Appliances explaining to them I want to go to the Police station and open a case. they responded within an hour saying they will refund me as the tracking number had been lost (Their reason for no delivery) . To this day I have not received the refund. I now have opened a case at the police station against Cape Appliances. I am not sure if this post will also be removed, but if anyone reads this, please do not even consider using Cape appliances!!!
