<div>I’d give them no stars if I could. They’re *** you shouldn’t bother with them.I Made payment in the beginning of may and still haven’t got refunded. I’m livid. I really wish I knew what to do or perhaps how to approach the police about this matter . </div>

I ordered and paid for a tv online with this company after payment was made my order was cancelled and monies were never refunded after numerous attempts. I requested that the bank do a reversal on payment only to be informed that the bank was not given permission to reverse payment. I have requested full refund from the company, gave them my banking details for the deposit to be made only to still be waiting a month later..... Still no refund has been made. R5299.00 was made and it's a lot of money that I saved to pur hase the tv. I have called on numerous occasions and their number rings and goes to voice mail.

THE BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE!!! Made a payment of R3000 to them for a washing machine, 2 weeks went by of fighting with them. Now I'm sitting with no washing machine and they are not refunding my money back. Be careful of these thieves

THE BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE!!! Made a payment of R3000 to them for a washing machine, 2 weeks went by of fighting with them. Now I'm sitting with no washing machine and they are not refunding my money back. Be careful of these thieves

Cape Appliances is a Scam
Cape appliances is a scam I placed an order a month ago. Firstly the credit card payment facility did not work, which only left me with an EFT option. In hindsight, this should have been the first indicator that there is something wrong! Then i struggled to get feedback with regards to delivery. I then read on Hello Peter that quite a few other people had the same issues. The links to these posts are no longer available by the way, which is also dodgy. I wrote an email to cape Appliances explaining to them I want to go to the Police station and open a case. they responded within an hour saying they will refund me as the tracking number had been lost (Their reason for no delivery) . To this day I have not received the refund. I now have opened a case at the police station against Cape Appliances. I am not sure if this post will also be removed, but if anyone reads this, please do not even consider using Cape appliances!!!

I placed an order for a fridge on the 16th of May I waited for a delivery and nothing was delivered I then called to request a refund on the 23rd of May even now I haven’t receive my money back and when I call theirs no Answer

I bought and paid for a washing machine for R3899 last week. From: https://capeappliances.co.za/ I have spent 5 days trying to get hold of them without success. Be warned, I think this is a scam.

I have been scammed out of R3000 from this company. Bought a washing machine on their website last week Tuesday, You cannot even get a hold of anyone in this place. The phone just rings, no one responds to your emails. Please do not do business with them.

I have been scammed out of R3000 from this company. Bought a washing machine on their website last week Tuesday, You cannot even get a hold of anyone in this place. The phone just rings, no one responds to your emails. Please do not do business with them.
