I ordered and paid for a tv online with this company after payment was made my order was cancelled and monies were never refunded after numerous attempts. I requested that the bank do a reversal on payment only to be informed that the bank was not given permission to reverse payment. I have requested full refund from the company, gave them my banking details for the deposit to be made only to still be waiting a month later..... Still no refund has been made. R5299.00 was made and it's a lot of money that I saved to pur hase the tv. I have called on numerous occasions and their number rings and goes to voice mail.
