I bought Unipin electricity and have tried to redeem the voucher code by following the instructions. I am not receiving the SMS with the voucher code. This is not the first time this is happening. I have tried to contact Unipin by SMS and email, and all the times this has happened they had never responded. How do you deal with such an ignorant company

I bought a TV online from Cape Appliances on 23 May. I sent them proof of payment as requested by them. They have not delivered the TV and are refusing to respond to my emails nor answer my calls

I took a new contract phone from Vodacom on Monday, 8 May. I categorically told the agent that was assisting me that I needed a new number so that I coulld keep my prepaid number. I received my new phone on Wednesday, 10 May and I inserted my prepaid SIM card. The phone worked well. On Thursday, 11 May I woke up with my phone showing a "No Service" message. I called Vodacom and they told me that my SIM will not work as they are trying to convert the new number to contract and activate the SIM card. I ten asked why was my numer converted to contract. I was then advised to return the phone so that they can start from scratch else I wait for my old SIM card to be converted to contract. I agreed. They told me that the wole conversion and activation will be completed at 12:00. I called them at 13:00 and I was told that it will be completed at 19:00. I called again at 20:00 and I was advised to switch off the phone for the whole night and the activation will be completed by the time I wake up.

I woke up this morning but my phone still had no service. I called Vodacom and they told me that activation has been completed. There might be a problem with getting the signal. I was transferred to another department. The guy I spoke to advised me to g and buy a new contract SIM and do a SIM swap. I went to a Vodacom shop in Sandton. The agent who assisted me at the shop tried to do a SIM swap for me but realised that he could not proceed as VODACOM still had an order open. H e then offered me his phone to call VODACOM contact centre. To my surprise I was told that my SIM had not been activated yet. I requested to speak to a supervisor who gave me a wishy washy story when I asked him why their agents are giving conflicting information. He told me that they will have to log a call with the bac office and they might get a response after 24 hours.

I have been without a connection for 2 days. I am unable to make both voice and data calls. I can't contact my customers. What kind of service is this? I am so ****ed off right now I fell like exploding. Vodacom, please resolve this mess. I cannot continue like this
