I have ordered a desk and a mattress and paid for the them on the 2nd of September with the delivery fee, i was promised that they will have stock in the next 12 working days i called them on the 11th day to check whats happening i was told they have the mattress and not the desk i asked them to credit the amount for the desk and deliver the mattress they guy agreed and promised to call me back shortly and he didn't. so i called Decofurn again today and i was told they don't have stock for both the mattress and the desk and the hang up on me wow
I paid multi choice instead of paying for my rates i selected the wrong recipient, i then called them ,they told me due to lock down they don't have a person from the accounts team i was advised to call on Monday the 27th i then called them they asked for pop , ID copy and my stamped bank statement i emailed to them from the 27th even today the only respond i get is a email asking for the same documents from different people within the same team, i was hoping this was going to be resolved before the 7th so that i can pay my rates, but instead i'm repeating the same thing sending the same email to the same email group FreshDesk Notification email <freshdeskadmin@dstv.com> ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : 17005288
I made a purchase at Sleepmasters Alex Mall and paid a full amount for the mattress, and I advised them that I come collect later, it happened that my husband bought the mattress as well so I wanted to cancel mt purchase with them because the mattress was purchased already I send the bank statement and id copy together with the invoice they just taking forever to refund me and telling me about he 5% penalty that must be deducted from my payment
I placed an order for a fridge on the 16th of May I waited for a delivery and nothing was delivered I then called to request a refund on the 23rd of May even now I haven’t receive my money back and when I call theirs no Answer
