Scammers. I placed an order and 30 seconds later phoned to cancel. They said they could not since it had already gone through. I would have to send the bottles back for a full refund. But added I should try them. I will get a full refund even if I try them. They extended the guarantee to 120 days from when I receive the order. I purchased these Feb.9, 2019. I opened 1 bottle and tried 3 pills and thought this is stupid. Sent it all back on my dime. They received the whole order on April 4, 2019. Since then I have called them over and over and kept getting the same excuse....we have expedited your refund request. Their fine print said a refund takes up to 14 business days. Finally after calling enough, they decided to give me a refund for the 4 bottles that were unopened right then, and said the rest of the refund will be processed for the 1 bottle that was opened within a week. I called again June 6 and they stated my refund should be processed by the next week for sure and they will email a confirmation to me. Called again June 18. Same lies, we have expedited your claim to the refund center for $39.99. When I stated they were nothing but scammers and I want my money back today or I complain to Visa, they put the Manager on and she said, "You accepted the refund for the 4 bottles and agreed to that as the full refund. You opened the 5th bottle so we owe you nothing". Funny...that's not what was in the original email sent to me which I still have. Looks like they have changed their "guarantee". What a joke. Please whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM KETOULTRADIET website. They are scammers. Now I will be contacting Visa's dispute department to get the rest of my money. I wish I had read the reviews too before ordering
