Medical bills not being piad!!!

Good morning All I really hope you can assist me. I am a single mum begging medicall Healthcare and its associates( AKA….AFRICA-ASSIST) to pay my sons hospital claims they authorized to pay since April 2019????? All I’ve been getting is long stories….My worry is…should something happen to me or my son ill will not get the assistance from a hospital because of outstanding claims not being paid from a so called Medical aid I have been paying for years and not one of my sons claims has been paid!!!! I also would like to take this opportunity to let people now of Medicall so called Healthcare that should you end up in hospital….the only thing they pay for is the bed you occupy!!!! Not a thing ells….god forbid you have a police with them and something happens to you or your kids!!!!
