Clive is helpful and responds to requests when asked to assist
Clive is helpful and responds to requests when asked to assist. He follows up to check on progress and is generally available when consulted. Guy on the other hand is rude and dismissive and doesn’t provide any support. He gives Mafadi a bad name.

Bad Service from Sneaker Exclusive
I placed and order with these people for sneakers on Monday the 10th of June and was told I would have them within 3 working days. Safe to say 6 working days later no sneakers, when I contact them they told me they no longer have a size a cannot refund me. Do not order from these people, they are fly by nights
