Toplet Rental Agency is the Worst

Toplet is the worst Agency to manage your property. Tenants occupied in 2016 & up to today I have not received inspection report. Most months I need to remind them about payytransfer. Tenant vacant- I had to arrange for cleaning services.- which they have not paid , 3 months later. Had to repaint all the walls that were done by there contractor. Still no original inspection report to compare with report on date of vacate. Utilities were not paid up to date and no one seems to be bothered in providing feedback.
