Poor service from Toplet Rentals
Please avoid Toplet Rentals and Anria Kruger in Bloemfontein. No inspections were done when tenants move out, and the water bills were not managed at Mangaung (you might get a surprice bill from years back with accumulated interest). Owners are not informed in what condition a property is after tenants move out. Owners might be without a tenant for months, because she put your property back in the market, even if it is in very poor condition. No communication, and a lot of financial losses through this agency, and she refuses to take responsibility.

Poor service from Toplet Rentals
Please avoid Toplet Rentals and Anria Kruger in Bloemfontein. No inspections were done when tenants move out, and the water bills were not managed at Mangaung (you might get a surprice bill from years back with accumulated interest). Toplet Rental Agency is the Worst
Toplet is the worst Agency to manage your property. Tenants occupied in 2016 & up to today I have not received inspection report. Most months I need to remind them about payytransfer. Tenant vacant- I had to arrange for cleaning services.- which they have not paid , 3 months later. Had to repaint all the walls that were done by there contractor. Still no original inspection report to compare with report on date of vacate. Utilities were not paid up to date and no one seems to be bothered in providing feedback.

Toplet Rental Agency is the Worst

TOPLET RENTALS
***************WARNING************* I strongly advise anyone looking to rent to avoid *Toplet Rentals* They do not pay back your deposit, Ive been struggling for a month to get my deposit paid back and they keep coming up with excuses... I never received my deposit back.... If you're currently renting through this agency I suggest you get a Lawyer ASAP...

***************WARNING************* I strongly advise anyone looking to rent to avoid *Toplet Rentals* They do not pay back your deposit, Ive been struggling for a month to get my deposit paid back and they keep coming up with excuses... I never received my deposit back.... If you're currently renting through this agency I suggest you get a Lawyer ASAP...

Wees gewaarsku teen Toplet agentskap in Bloemfontein. Hulle trek alle gelde af van jou deposito selfs al kry jy self nuwe huurders en gee agent se aansoek vorm vir hulle en doen al die reelings. Volgens hul sou deposito terugbetaal gewees het binne 7-9 dae maar amper 'n maand later was dit ook eers gedoen en gelde afgetrek vir dit en dat en wat als.<br> Ek raai enige ander agentskap aan
