My 81-year-old mother lost R700,000 after a SIM-swap ***** on her Nedbank Fixed Investment. Nedbank didn't pick up any red flags and waited 8 days before action. The bank recovered R65,000 but will only pay it if she signs a full and final settlement. She lives from the interest on her investments. How is our money save at Nedbank? Especially fragile and elderly customers.
Please avoid Toplet Rentals and Anria Kruger in Bloemfontein. No inspections were done when tenants move out, and the water bills were not managed at Mangaung (you might get a surprice bill from years back with accumulated interest). Owners are not informed in what condition a property is after tenants move out. Owners might be without a tenant for months, because she put your property back in the market, even if it is in very poor condition. No communication, and a lot of financial losses through this agency, and she refuses to take responsibility.
