Please beware of this facility. While my 80-year-old mother was there after surgery, a sim swap was done on her phone number and R700 000 was ****** from her fixed investment at Nedbank. Fragile and vulnerable patients are targeted and ****** from. Please speak up if the same happened to you?

This has been the most exhausting and unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life, I know the medical service is under pressure but the lack of communication, the unprofessionalism and just in all frustrating to deal with not to mention the utter lack of compassion for my mom who was recently diagnosed with Dementia...You would expect the staff to try and help you and work with you through a tough time like this, but it was the total opposite along with the most unhelpful case manager by the name of Judy. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!! Its as if they made there minds up that my mom will only stay a certain amount of time from day 1, not following protocol with assessment reports and progress reports, it was claimed that it was done but when you phone the medical aid to find out about funding it's a whole different story and don't get me started on the discharge dates. Untruthful and *************. They can be glad they got a 1 star, if I could rate -5...I WOULD!!!

My mother was admitted to Rynmed on the 3rd April 2023 after being in hospital for 77 days plus. We had such a pleasant experience!! The staff are absolutely amazing and angels send from heaven. We were added to a WhatsApp group and updated all the time. We had meetings with the doctor, Physio the******, occupational the******, psychologist and head nurse and were informed as to my mothers, progress, plan forward and discharged date. My mom is coming home today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is stronger and motivated. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no words that can express our gratitude. I will gladly and highly recommend Nurture Rynmed!!!!!!

My mother was admitted to Rynmed on the 3rd April 2023 after being in hospital for 77 days plus. We had such a pleasant experience!! The staff are absolutely amazing and angels send from heaven. We were added to a WhatsApp group and updated all the time. We had meetings with the doctor, Physio the******, occupational the******, psychologist and head nurse and were informed as to my mothers, progress, plan forward and discharged date. My mom is coming home today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is stronger and motivated. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no words that can express our gratitude. I will gladly and highly recommend Nurture Rynmed!!!!!!

Most pathetic place on earth, not helpful at all, no communication with family members, my Gran was sent there on 24th December 2021 and no rehabilitation has been done and now we must her out there and they let us know the day before discharge.... The staff are none caring and hurt my Gran while washing her.... Very disappointed in this place, please never put a member of your family in their care...

I have never experienced such a loving, caring group of staff as those who took care of my Mother, Andriesa van der Walt during her rehabilitation from Covid. I just want to thank each and every member of staff for everything they did for my Mother. She is doing very well and sends her love.

Absolutely pathetic staff sitting on their asses unwilling to help, even in the pandemic. A family member is there and I had to see the doctor. Drove a long way to get there, and while I was there (not allowed inside due to Covid), I asked if they can bring me an item my family member is not using, so I can take it home before it gets stollen. I was told, "No, come back in 3 hours then we can give it to you.". Even phoned the senior nurse and got the same response. No logical reason, simply a 'wait for the next shift then its their problem'. You suck Rynmed

Nuture Rynmed My grandmother was at this facility 5 years ago and we could not fault it, now it’s a complete different story. There is no communication, no care and downright incompetence. My Aunt was completely dehydrated and totally out of it and we had to ask the doctor to put her on a drip, which took the staff the whole day. She was not eating, so they just put a protein shake next her bed without even making sure she had it. It took 5 days of asking every day to wash her hair, I offered to do it but they kept saying don’t worry they would do it. You don’t like complaining but when I did, the supervisor told me “her staff feel like they can do nothing right”. That is when I decided to move my Aunt to a private frail care as she was deteriorating by the day and they just kept giving her sleeping tablets and pain ****ers. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. For 3 weeks I have been asking for her report, they told me it is done but they read my emails and just ignore me. My Aunt left there in a worse condition than when she arrived after hospital, even getting bed sores because they did not move her or do proper pressure care.
