I have been waiting for my claim for my accident for over a month now. Every time you call, you speak yo someone else. The MM information on their database was was apparently incorrect, they had to change only to find out later that it was originally correct, and then to find out it was incorrect. Tis had to be changed 4 times. Are they using delaying tactics, or are they doing this so that you get fed-up and accept what they are offering. I cannot believe that it would be more than a month before I can get my car fixed. I am so tired of their incompetence and total disinterest in their customers. WE pay you to do your job, so do it, and do it well! I WILL be going to the Ombudsman and if necessary I will use my lawyer to handle it. Perhaps if they did not spend so much money on TV adverts, they would be able to pay out the claims without unnecessary delays. FED UP!!!
I have never experienced such a loving, caring group of staff as those who took care of my Mother, Andriesa van der Walt during her rehabilitation from Covid. I just want to thank each and every member of staff for everything they did for my Mother. She is doing very well and sends her love.
