Pathetic staff unwilling to help

Absolutely pathetic staff sitting on their asses unwilling to help, even in the pandemic.

A family member is there and I had to see the doctor. Drove a long way to get there, and while I was there (not allowed inside due to Covid), I asked if they can bring me an item my family member is not using, so I can take it home before it gets stollen.

I was told, "No, come back in 3 hours then we can give it to you.". Even phoned the senior nurse and got the same response. No logical reason, simply a 'wait for the next shift then its their problem'.
