I gave Gert at MTN El Ridge all the paperwork he needed to transfer my account from one business account to another on the 20th Feb and was told it would take 3 days. Then I was dealing with Roscoe and he did nothing except blame their Telkom lines for being down and hardly responding to my numerous frantic emails. I then emailed MTN Customer Care on the 2nd March and only got a reply on the 13th to say they couldn’t help me either….. Then on the 31st March the day I needed my phone the most for work, MTN cancelled my contract. I then went to Mariette at the East Rand Mall Branch and gave her all the required paperwork and was told it would take 3 days, it is now 7 WEEKS and I still don’t have a contract. Who is going to reimburse me for all the airtime I have had to buy???? This is beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
I have had MTN contracts for over 20 years, our family of 5 each took out a new contract last February/ March, what a disaster!!! I have been complaining since then that I do not receive my data or sms’s each month and it just falls on deaf ears. I have even tabulated a recon of each month of what data and sms’s were received and sent t to MTN numerous times. I have dealt with umpteen people and nobody answers my question, where is my data, they just look at their computer and tell me I’ve received it, when I have taken hundreds of screen shots to prove otherwise. Don’t be fooled by their advertising, you do not get what you pay for!!!! They just top your account up!!!!
Nuture Rynmed My grandmother was at this facility 5 years ago and we could not fault it, now it’s a complete different story. There is no communication, no care and downright incompetence. My Aunt was completely dehydrated and totally out of it and we had to ask the doctor to put her on a drip, which took the staff the whole day. She was not eating, so they just put a protein shake next her bed without even making sure she had it. It took 5 days of asking every day to wash her hair, I offered to do it but they kept saying don’t worry they would do it. You don’t like complaining but when I did, the supervisor told me “her staff feel like they can do nothing right”. That is when I decided to move my Aunt to a private frail care as she was deteriorating by the day and they just kept giving her sleeping tablets and pain ****ers. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. For 3 weeks I have been asking for her report, they told me it is done but they read my emails and just ignore me. My Aunt left there in a worse condition than when she arrived after hospital, even getting bed sores because they did not move her or do proper pressure care.
Changing from Spectramed to Health Squared but nothing has changed in reality. I have tried for 24 hours to get through on your landlines or any old number from Spectramed but just keep being put in a queue. I have emailed to every email address I have saying I have an emergency and still no response. I have an 86 year old great aunt waiting for authorisation and we cant get through to you, you are totally useless!!!!
What a useless medical aid. I deal with them on behalf of my 86 year old great Aunt. I have been emailing since the 3thrd September to find out why they are not paying for her chronic medication. They have said her medication is acute and she has no funds left to cover it but according to her doctor it is chronic and Spectramed has a copy of the script for their approval. The staff never respond to your queries, always giving vague answers that don't make much sense but say you can phone them if you are still unsure, how hard can it be. You need a medical aid in this country but it will certainly be the death of too!!!
My 92 year old Grandmother who lives on her own has been without a phone for 3 weeks, it has been reported but you can't re-report it or re-email the fault as it has been logged already. She lives in an old age home you think the technicians would feel sorry for her and try fix it urgently!!! Shame on you Telkom!!!!! I have tried calling from my cellphone and you kept waiting for 20 minutes listening to the same messages over and over again. They do not give you the option to call you back either. There is no service from Telkom!!!
My great Aunt is on chronic medication and the medical aid won't pay. They have tried and their pharmacist to get an answer as to why and what do they need for the chronic medication to be paid, with no luck. I have phoned and got a reference for my call and have emailed numerous times to many email addresses and they have sent me an email acknowledging receipt but no response from anyone . I just want a response as to why..................... Shocking!!! Shocking!!!
<p>I listed my property on Booking.com in July. I received an email stating I was 100% listed and was just waiting for them to inspect my property. Since then I have phoned 3 times to find out what is happening, and get through to very polite people all over the world but nobody can help me. Lat week Wednesday i was promised I will be called back within 48 hours but am still waiting..........</p> <p>How can an international company be so useless in South Africa, shame on you!!!!!</p>
19 Oct 2015 - Paid Hirsch's to repair Smeg dishwasher, they retuned 2 more times to fix it but couldn't eventually I told them to take it away and fix it properly, what a BIG mistake!!!<br> They flooded my kitchen and lounge area.<br> 11 Nov - I emailed Hirsch's to let them know what had happened and sent photos of the damage.<br> 4 Dec - met with Rajen who came to assess the damage.<br> 11 Dec - Vishay emails an apology for not responding to all my previous emails saying he was waiting for Rajen to give him a full report.<br> 14 Jan 2016 - Vishay requests a letter from our Insurers that we had not claimed from them and a letter saying I give them permission to work in my home.<br> 27 Jan 2016 - After no response I had to call the Big Boss Allan Hirsch, who knew nothing about what had happened, then I got an email from Vishay to say he had given Rajen the go ahead to start on 17th February and then it changed to the 22nd February.<br> 22 Feb - I get an email from Vishay to say Bobby will be going to our house instead of Rajen. Bobby who knew nothing about the job phones me to tell me about all the damage in my house and promises to get the job done. Has anything been done yet???? NO!!!!!!
When travelling to Mauritius in December, SAA left my Vanity Bag behind. They told me at the counter I can spend $100 in the meantime to buy toothbrushes, sunblock ect, which does not go very far and SAA will refund me. My vanity bag arrived the next evening and I spent $75 getting the basics. I sent through the claim and receipts required and got acknowledgement of email from SAA on the 11th January. They said in their email \we will endeavor to respond within our 21 day service standard\", which is totally appalling, its now been 32 days. I tried calling their service number, no answer just a repeat of their message over and over again. Just do what you say you're going to do!!!"
