Paid them in full on the 5 July 2023.. on the day before collection they came with a lot of stories that they cannot collect and move dates on we needed to use a nother mover as we committed to relocate Months later always promising to pay back but never deliver on promises...empty lies and never answer there phone or call back .10 000 reasons on why cannot pay me back...handed them over to my lawyers...
All About Moving - Is there a scouring for below 0 Rating ? - 104 days and still no outcome.....I must say excellent service LOUISE , great prices LOUISE and believe me they LOUISE make moving sound like Childs play with all the vast experience in the Industry , Remember the last thing that you want when moving is a HORRIFIC EXPEIRENCE standing with your load ready to move , everything in play as the road is long to Cape Town and we PRAY that all goes according to plan. Then DISASTER STRIKES , All About Moving is suddenly to busy to take my calls , respond back time never happens and as frustration sets in with this MASSIVE WORRY if they ever going to pitch to collect our goods to move down to CAPE TOWN .....then reality's sets in …sorry sir we need to move the pick up date - from the 1 excuse to the other all empty PROMISES AND LIES... then eventually please get someone ells to move you we will gladly refund you on the day before collection …plans to be change massive extra cost involve to organize a new moving company ......104 day later and no refund at all .....no phone calls get answered - emails and promises and nothing at all..... SAD THAT WE TRUST PEOPLE WITH OUR RELOCATION AND THEN THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN......All I want is my money to be paid back as promised please..... Do not use them as they are NOT RELAIBLE AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED .....

I went to the account department to get my account number to pay and they gave it me and said it fine I can pay at the till.....at the till they asked me why I pay on a piece a paper and not my card and I explained to them the situation and again they could not do the transaction even asking the assistant manager .... I can not understand why do we need to settle for bad service .... I went the extra mile ... I went out of my way to commit but without fail you can wait for your money now I will never not support you .....bad bad bad customer experience and service....
I'm trying since the 20/05/2019 ……..67 days until today to get an answer out of you on what happening on my Fraud case that happened on my account in Pretoria and I'm based in Nelspruit... You asked me to open a case with the police and get an avadavat and must emailed it ASAP to you...…My parts was done and ever since 20/05/2019 you are not available to help , your telephones lines is a disaster you hang on for hours before someone helps you and then eventually you get cut of or the person on the other side says …sorry wrong department..... I have left numerus messages and as per promise some one will phone me back ASAP from you fraud department but until today nothing at all.....as per your phone voice when you phone your Makro line …please listen to it yourself. Your experience is Important to us.....sad to say IT IS NOT. Every month the account is been paid not a problem you have your money but you are doing nothing about my money that was removed and used out of the account for someone ells benefit of creating fraud with my card. (what about my protection plan) I will pay the account until I get to the outstanding balance of the fraud and not pay it then you can do what ever you want to.....I will not support the store at all and I will tell everyone about your BAD Customer Experience - start living up to your promises of giving important customer services.
