I was offered a reward to upgrade for free, now they want me to pay for that upgrade and the upgraded channels are not even playing. They keep escalating the matter but no one will comeback to me. Iβm already on my 4th escalation
I bought an Audi A3 from them. It gave me problems in the beginning, I had to return it couple of times to be fixed and each time I received an excellent service each time From Paul. I was given a courtesy car each time. For the fact that they were always willing to assist and that they took full responsibilities for any problems I had with the car made me to change my mind in cancelling the deal. I didn't like the attitude of the manager though he's very rude. Otherwise thanks to Lebo from Sales, Paul from service, Lee and the dealer Principal Ms Birgit ππ great service, deserves a 10 out of 10
I joined flexicare in march this year and they promised to deliver my policy documents with my card within 4-6 weeks which they never did, I phoned them and they said they will resend them and I had to wait another 4 - 6 weeks still I didnβt receive my card. After countless e-mails and phone calls they are now promising me to send the card and policy within 7 - 14 working days which means I have to wait another 2 - 4 weeks, Still no progress. No one in the call center is willing to help they keep on making empty promises with different dates. Now am forced to use the service without and most drβs want to make a copy of the card b4 they can assist you. Itβs quite clear that they are not willing to help me. They are claiming that they are using the post office services. But post office confirmed that it does not take more than week for them deliver a parcel. I have been taken from pillar to post by people who are playing games with me!
