Bad Service - No Communication!!
I worked at Migration and Investment for over five years and was committed and dedicated throughout my time there. When I resigned in July last year, I was due my final salary, which unfortunately was not paid. I opened a CCMA case to seek resolution, but was approached by the company’s legal team and asked to withdraw the case, with the assurance that payment would be made. In good faith, I agreed and withdrew the case. Sadly, this turned out to be a tactic, and only a partial payment was made months later in November. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups, the remaining balance has not been paid. I was told not to contact the company and to deal only with their legal team, who have since become unresponsive. Now during tax season, I’ve discovered that my payslip does not reflect what I was actually paid—leaving me potentially responsible for tax on money I never received. I have requested that they correct my payslip, but this too has been ignored. Late salary payments were a regular issue while working at the company, always explained away due to financial struggles. While I have made peace with the fact that I will likely never receive the money owed to me, I am writing this review not out of spite, but to raise awareness. The company’s combination of financial instability, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. What’s most disappointing is the disregard shown to someone who gave years of loyal service. If you’re considering working with or for this company, I urge you to proceed with caution. And to the company—if you do read this, please at the very least amend my payslip so I am not taxed on funds I never received.

BAD SERVICE @ KONSULTA
KONSULTA IS A NO GO!!!!!!BAD SERVICE!!!!Worst service ever received and still going on, im actualy getting ignored by Michelle Bell and Husband fellow Director of company Darren Bell living in Centurion........Was advised to use them via friends overseas. Here`s my situation. * weeks before we left SA to work in ASIA we asked them to authenticate my education Diploma`s and certificates and submit police clearance. This was on the 4 April 2019 and paid the comapany R2500, 7 Weeks later i found out that the police clearance was never submitted to police is was just not followed up at all. A few days after we had to fly out to Asia with the promise that they will courier all the documents and police clearances. On the 4 July a week in Asia, i get a whatsup that the documents is ready for courier and i need to pay R 1000 as they got a laywer on board to authorise and authenticate teh documents and that they will only send the stuff via courier if i make payment. After a huge argument in my frustration overseas i paid them the R 1000, DARREN advised that the documents got send on the 11th June 2019. After several attempt to get the waybill and still no police clearance, I GOT BLOCKED WITH NO FURTHER COMMINICATION FROM BOTH OF THEM, FACEBOOK BLOKED AND EVERYTHING.....Now myself and my family are stuck in Asia without my documents and stand a change to lose everything due to the lack of business service received from them. I still await my documents and police clearance and will be 3 months on 4 July, so PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF ANY PROGRESS ON MY SIDE I WILLADVISE - BUT PLEASE THEY EASY TO TAKE AND ASK FOR MONEY BUT NO NO NO SERVICE. I EVEN WONDER WITHOUT A PROPER WEBSITE IF THEY EVEN REGISTERED FOR TAX AND THE BUSINESS IS REGISTERED.
