Dear All I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the abysmal service and lack of professionalism I experienced with auto-Gate. It is my hope that by sharing my unfortunate encounter, other potential customers can be made aware of the inadequate level of service provided by this company. Recently, I reached out to the auto gate to request a quote to fix our turnstile. However, the assistance I received was nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of providing the necessary expertise and guidance, I was met with incompetence and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. To my astonishment, I was repeatedly asked to perform technical tasks that clearly fell within the scope of auto gates' responsibilities. It is worth noting that if I possessed the necessary skills and knowledge to fix the turnstile myself, I would not have sought their assistance in the first place. It is deeply disconcerting to be met with such a dismissive approach, especially when seeking professional assistance. Equally frustrating was the excruciatingly long process of obtaining a simple quote. Despite emphasizing my urgency, it took an entire week of continuous arguments and back and forth. In stark contrast, an alternative service provider responded promptly within 30 minutes, demonstrating the stark disparity in service levels. As a result of the shockingly poor service I endured, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is evident that auto gate has little regard for customer satisfaction and fails to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative options that prioritize prompt and efficient customer service. I hope that by sharing my experience on this platform, auto gate will take notice and take the necessary steps to rectify their shortcomings. Customers deserve better treatment and should not have to endure such a frustrating ordeal when seeking assistance from a supposedly reputable company. I trust that this complaint will serve as a warning to others and encourage companies like auto gate to reflect on their subpar practices.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by You, me & your baby. During the December holidays 2018 I worked for this company and they did not pay me for 6 months. In addition the “Manager” or the person who runs this company is not capable and should not be trusted . She is unorganized and unprofessional and her sitters are unreliable. There has been many occasions where things have broken in the houses and the dogs and houses are not properly looked after and cared for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
