Experience so technical person was not aligned with office in terms of the issue I sent on whatsapp line, In so I had to pay twice once for a battery that was not needed the other time for the real issue costing me money. Very expensive as well.

I requested them to come and reset my gate motor. They sent out 2 technicians (***********). Was first said th e motor was broken. I watched them working. They put power direct to motor. It worked. Then replaced a plug. Still not working. I was then told that I needed a new PC board. I got a quote from Auto Gate. I sourced a new board. ( R700) cheaper. They sent a technician out by the moment of David. Experienced. Efficient. Not ***********. Did not know that he was busy with the job. A knock on the door. I went out with new board. He told the gate was repaired and that not necessary for new board. When i went pay today I told them I was not very happy. It has cost me a 10% handling fee. No apologies what soever. I told them that I was going to hellopeter. They said that I should show them the invoice. I told them that this reflects on the company Auto Gate. A bad review. Pure incompetence.

It is my hope that by sharing my unfortunate encounter, other potential customers can be made aware of the inadequate level of service provided by this company. Recently, I reached out to the auto gate to request a quote to fix our turnstile. However, the assistance I received was nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of providing the necessary expertise and guidance, I was met with incompetence and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. To my astonishment, I was repeatedly asked to perform technical tasks that clearly fell within the scope of auto gates' responsibilities. It is worth noting that if I possessed the necessary skills and knowledge to fix the turnstile myself, I would not have sought their assistance in the first place. It is deeply disconcerting to be met with such a dismissive approach, especially when seeking professional assistance. Equally frustrating was the excruciatingly long process of obtaining a simple quote. Despite emphasizing my urgency, it took an entire week of continuous arguments and back and forth. In stark contrast, an alternative service provider responded promptly within 30 minutes, demonstrating the stark disparity in service levels. As a result of the shockingly poor service I endured, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is evident that auto gate has little regard for customer satisfaction and fails to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative options that prioritize prompt and efficient customer service. I hope that by sharing my experience on this platform, auto gate will take notice and take the necessary steps to rectify their shortcomings. Customers deserve better treatment and should not have to endure such a frustrating ordeal when seeking assistance from a supposedly reputable company.
