Experience so technical person was not aligned with office in terms of the issue I sent on whatsapp line, In so I had to pay twice once for a battery that was not needed the other time for the real issue costing me money. Very expensive as well.
After weeks of following up on a refund put in on December 10th 2018 I have yet to receive from Raru regardless of all the calls and emails sent I have been kept in the dark and the blame shifted on the slow response to my issue. I am not sure what to do anymore as every time I call in I am given a new time frame. At this point I am very very disgruntled by the after sales service. Been a loyal customer with Raru for almost 5 years but now I will be using a new online retail experience.
