I had been chatting with Lee Wait for an insurance quote. The guy knows what is customer service as he listens attentively to the client's needs and he responds promptly to the questions posed. I'm so pleased to have chatted with him. How I wish other companies can have people like him in their services!
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. It was great talking to Laurette ****samy on the 09 June 2023. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. In December 2021, I took my car for a service in Moto-Care in Witbank; Klipfontein. When I arrived home I discovered that oil was leaking & spilled in my garage. The following day I returned it. I was informed that the oil filter cap was the challenge & it has been resolved by covering it with a party. I was told then told they would find another oil filter cap in Johburg & replaced the problematic one. In January 2022, I made calls to check when could I bring the car. I was told I could bring it any time. I waited for hours before I could be assisted. I later found out that no oil filter was available. They tried to fix the oil filter cap by putting something that looked like glue. Before I left the premises I asked if the job done was perfect and the response was that it was a 3 months solution. I was advised to buy a new oil filter cap & would be refunded & would be compensated for my travellling-fuel. I was also told to pour in oil as they didn't have oil. I had to pour in 3 bottles of oil at the garage after leaving Moto-Care premises. On the next day(not 3 months) there was oil over my garage. I later bought the oil filter cap from Toyota Dealer as I had to pour in oil after a day or 2. I have spent extra cash due to Moto-Care disservice. I have on several occasions engaged with the management in particular Lunga to get a refund on the oil filter cap I bought. He kept promising he'll coming back to me but each time he doesn't respond. I'm the only one who keeps the communication & he doesn't care. I would urge & advise car owners to avoid Moto-Care @ all costs in order to stay free of car-related stress. Bearing in mind I didn't include labour to put have the new oil filter cap put in my car but the response never comes.
On the 18/03/2022 I received excellent service from Laurette; King Price Insurance. She could answer all my questions and explained every details of my policy with distinctions. How I wish most(if not all) service providers can hire and offer services like Laurette did on the day.
It was fantastic to chat with Brandion Louw from King Price Insurance. The guy has true customer service. He definitely knows his job & can recommend him to any client who needs assistance in insurance products.
What a lovely customer service I received from Eddy Simelane from King Price Insurance today(27/06/2019). He had an ear and resolved my query promptly. He went further made sure I was aware of different means to reach King Prince Insurance & benefits of staying with the company. Hopefully this service exists in the Claims Department.
