Excellent service from Unique motor sport Team. I have always used them for services on my cars, recently they did repairs on my Opel Meriva's gearbox, and everything went smooth, their staff is also very friendly and willing to help, especially Rolene, she is very friendly and professional, always keeping a smile when assisting customers,. I'd recommend Unique motor sport to anyone who needs assistance with their vehicles

In December 2021, I took my car for a service in Moto-Care in Witbank; Klipfontein. When I arrived home I discovered that oil was leaking & spilled in my garage. The following day I returned it. I was informed that the oil filter cap was the challenge & it has been resolved by covering it with a party. I was told then told they would find another oil filter cap in Johburg & replaced the problematic one. In January 2022, I made calls to check when could I bring the car. I was told I could bring it any time. I waited for hours before I could be assisted. I later found out that no oil filter was available. They tried to fix the oil filter cap by putting something that looked like glue. Before I left the premises I asked if the job done was perfect and the response was that it was a 3 months solution. I was advised to buy a new oil filter cap & would be refunded & would be compensated for my travellling-fuel. I was also told to pour in oil as they didn't have oil. I had to pour in 3 bottles of oil at the garage after leaving Moto-Care premises. On the next day(not 3 months) there was oil over my garage. I later bought the oil filter cap from Toyota Dealer as I had to pour in oil after a day or 2. I have spent extra cash due to Moto-Care disservice. I have on several occasions engaged with the management in particular Lunga to get a refund on the oil filter cap I bought. He kept promising he'll coming back to me but each time he doesn't respond. I'm the only one who keeps the communication & he doesn't care. I would urge & advise car owners to avoid Moto-Care @ all costs in order to stay free of car-related stress. Bearing in mind I didn't include labour to put have the new oil filter cap put in my car but the response never comes.

This workshop is situated in Steve Biko street, Pretoria. They not only give the worst service but also charge VAT without being registered. Double check your invoices and know that whatever they repaired you will have to have it done again.

VERY BAD SERVICE 1- it took him almost a year to finish my car and give the car back 2-Never gave me any invoice or quote after request (Only gave me the amount I need to pay on phone calls)(he stated that he will email it to me but never happened ) 3- Had to pay R13 000 at first then he said R16 000 and then changed again R20 000 and then once again changed to R21500 4 - When I refused to pay more than R16 000 for not receiving invoice to see what he is doing with all the money and what I am paying for , He started to threaten me and telling me that he is going to sell my car for s**** metal and spare parts ! 5- After me paying him the final amount of R20 000 he told me the car will be done in 4 days . A month went by before the car was finally finished , but the service on the car was not done as he said we did not pay for the service . 6-Got the car back and our radio and new battery was stolen and missing when we confronted him he said that he never received them . Then later he said he remembers the battery but that the battery might have been placed in an other car , he also said that all items on the premises are on the owner of the vehicle's risk . 7- A lot of other items in the car was also broken on receipt and had to be replaced (Kosting me about an extra R8000) 8 - THE BEST PART ! The car had gone there in the first place for the oil rings to be changed and done , After the car broke down again and using some one else it was finally confirmed . THE RINGS WERE NEVER CHANGED AND THE HEAD WAS ALSO NOT SEND TO GET SKIMMED . This weekend we had to get another company to strip the car once again and it was confirmed the rings are still a problem as they were never changed ! The head was out of measurement and had to be send to enginering works as he never had that done also !!! He never changed a pipe like he said he is going to , actually after this weekend I think he has just placed the car back together and gave it back (As he received the car already stripped down) He used second hand parts on the car also for some small items that was missing according to him , but all items was placed in the back of the car the day we took the car to him !!! I have paid him R20 000 , I have no invoice to see what he has done , I have no receipt of payment from him . He is not registered on RMI so I can not follow up with them . If I call him he states that I must bring back the car and I do not want to as I am afraid of what might go missing or broken/damaged this time and how long will it take this time . He is a HUGE FRAUD and I will not recommend anyone to him . This teaches me a HUGE lesson check next time if they are registered first !!! Get quote on paper and sign a letter where you confirm they can work on your car !!! Get the invoice before leaving the workshop and say that you will not leave until they give you an invoice /proof of payment .
