No aftersales service
On 27 February 2019, I bought a pair of Caterpillar shoes but was given the wrong size and had to wait till 08 March to collect the new size and pay an extra R250 for the bigger size. Within a week or 2 I started communicating with Medicus shoes about my complaints on the defective shoes and on 06 July they finally got so far as to let a courier collect the shoes from me. It is now 3 weeks later and since collection, I have not heard anything from then. Jaco Jordaan from Medicus Shoes does not reply to my mails.

No after sale service for Caterpillar Shoes
