Worst Deal Ever ... I'm an existing customer with Rentoza and initially bought PlayStation 5 disk edition from them. Over 6 months I paid the subscription fee and finally paid an additional R50 to own the product formally. Life happened and I was forced to sell it. I then found myself in a slightly better spot and decided to go with Rentoza again, only this time purchasing the digital edition. The same process, paying off my monthly subscription and some penalties due to missed payments. However today 25/10/2022, when I thought i could take a breath knowing i had paid off the final month of the subscription,Im told that i need to pay an "additional" R10400 to own the item!!! To make things clear here,I've been paying around R2600 per month,for 6 months, totaling R15600.Now I'm being told to own it i need to pay an additional R10400???? That's a total of R26000!!!??? For a PlayStation Digital Edition??? Opposed to the first console where I only paid an additional R50??? *** The Playstation 5 digital edition costs around R11000 and I'm being asked to pay R26000... STAY AWAY GUYS.LORD FORBID YOU BUY THE NEW IPHONE THROUGH THEM!!!!!
I would give 0 Stars but that's not possible I had placed an order in January and since then it has been a complete disaster...with misinformation and false expectations. Lies upon lies, and management does not seem to care about exceptions when the customer has proven themselves to be the victim of brutal misinformation. Its way to much to explain but feel free to take a look at the level of communication provided by Rentoza. We had the Global Classroom which was hosted in South Africa this year,and had 5 students that came from different countries.I was extremely hopeful to show them Cape Point as it was the Tip of South Africa,and even have them take a people back to their country as they would be able to say they picked it up on the very top of the continent.However.....The prices upon arrival was a absolute shock,Table Mountain was a cheaper trip and it's considered One 0f The 7 Wonders Of The World! Firstly the women working at the gate had a "moer (slap) me face" and had a ****py attitude. The prices was even worse.R303 per Adult!!! And apparently over there if you are over 12 you are considered one!? In short I was extremely disappointed and upset as we did not have that type of money, myself being a student has its financial limits, however as a "student" with a group of international "Students" I had assumed that there would have at least been a discount... Absolutely shattered that they somehow get away with those prices... The only thing I regret is not doing my research,but I can honestly say I'm disappointed as a South African Citizen,that we are charging those prices to those visiting our country,even students.
