'ICE COLD' HOT WATER SPRINGS
Drove all the way from Somerset West for the hot water springs experience, just to get there and find out the water pumps are not working. Most upsetting part is that I called before I left my home to ensure the pools are in working order. Disappointed to say the least!

Stolen goods
Good Morning SO as expected from your useless company. No one called back and none of the phone numbers provided works or get answered. I didn’t expect any better after the staff stole of their clients. Don’t look like anyone really cares if their clients get stolen from or what inconvenience gets caused by the staff. I wish I could say better things, but unfortunately I can’t. This by far is the worst airline and company I’ve come across. Least I expected is that you will man up for your dishonest staff members. But all I got was an automated reply. No one even takes the time to attend to issues like theft wish is a serious issue. Lost for word!

Stolen from Luggage
Good day FLIGHT JE 156 I would like to report stolen property from my fathers checked luggage. He had a flight with your company yesterday and so far noticed hes carton cigarettes and reading glasses is gone from hes luggage. This is disappointing and disgusting from your company and even worse for the customer who is away on business for two weeks and know left without glasses and wont be able to see nothing during seminars which has just started this morning. I dont understand how the hell this happens. Isn't your luggage suppose to be safe when you check it it? Ive had numerous flights myself over the years and never had I had someone scratch in my bags. Just in last year in Thailand they found a lighter in my luggage and they search for hours on the airport so that I can stand by when they opened my bags. So professional but you come to your own country and get treatment like this. And needless to say, both the items Thats missing from hes bags are legal items, so its not like it needed to be confiscated. ****** disgusting Veronique Engel
