On the 25th of June 2019 I placed my order. I have used there service twice before. The first time I used them, the package arrived after more than a week to the person the gift was for. This company is situated in George and the delivery address was also George. My second order I place on a tuesday whereby the gift was for the sunday on fathers day. I receive my package the next wednesday. On the 25th of June i place another order of about 4 items and only received a reply after 3 days notifying me that she is at a festival and will send my invoice at soonest. I have sent numerous message with no reply. This is not how a business should be managed. If you are unable to manage messages and invoices then you should employ someone that can do it for you. Worst service to date.
On the 28th of June 2019 I visited the MTN branch in Durbanville, Wellington Road to apply for an additional contract. Upon my visit i decided to take the Samsung A70. I was advised that the deal of the Power bank and Samsung watch was only valid while stocks last and i can go on the Samsung Application to see if there is any stock left. I told the lady that once I get the phone I would like them to show. She replied "You are our first A70 customer, we don't even know how to do it!" Surely of you are offering a certain deal to client, you must know how it works. Furthermore i continued the application @13:30. The Consultant (Derrick) advised me that he would deliver it @ my workplace (Capitec bank) before end of day. I waited and recieved no feedback regarding my contract. He could have given me a call to let me know that i would not get it that day. Saturday Morning 29th of July i call Derrick just past 9am. He apologizes for not letting me know, but assures me that i would get the phone before end of day which was @ 1pm as the Supervisors are attending to my submission. At 11:30am he calls me to let me know that no one has worked on my contract approval,that there are Supervisors but that they did not attend it after telling me they are busy. The then says that he was able to get me the Black A70 that I wanted to soften the situation. I was furious. The 1st of July 2019 receive a call that I can come get my phone. At 11am during my lunch time I walked to MTN and i get told that they are awaiting an override to be done before they can hand the phone and that all will be fine by end of day. At 16:50 I call them as i have not heard anything the lad tells me that the override has still not been done (after 6 hours) and that all should be fine by tomorrow the 2nd of July 2019. This is the WORSE service i have ever experienced in the 12 years I have been with MTN. MTN should educate there consultants to understand that 'Clients come first', not there commission. Regards.
