dishwasher gasket problem
i have spent R4720 since July 2021 with the bulk of that amount in 2023. Every time it is the gaskets which are 5x5x5mm sponges which if flattened causes the machine to not switch on. Every time i get charged the following: assessment fee 300 field call 350 labour 400 gasket assembly 360 This year i have had to replace them twice. On one occasion they came out 2 months after the gaskets were replaced and advised me that the gaskets had to be stretched. i enquired why there was no quarantee and was advised that parts dont hold a quarantee. if theses gaskets are so problematic has LG thought of upgrading the product.

They have an attractive webpage which is user friendly, Simply click on what app and you get same day service. Patrick 0785999966 removed my relay plug and told me my compressor needs to be replaced. He quoted me R3800 for the job. When I declined his quote he refused to return my relay plug. He wanted me to pay another call out fee which is R150 for return of plug. I was willing since he effectively sabotaged any other workman from repairing my fridge. eventually my fridge was repaired for about R1000 and there was nothing wrong with my compressor. Please beware of them.

Patrick 0785999966 removed a plug from my fridge and refuses to return it after I turned down a quote for R3800 for replacement of a compressor. According to him the compressor is the fault. He asked for airtime to the value of a call out to return the plug. I would pay but I said I will pay when I have the plug in my hand but he refused. He has now sabotaged my fridge
