Dear Hello Peter Team, I would like to lodge a complaint against CVMaker. I unsubscribed in July 2025, but they continue to debit my account despite numerous emails back and forth for over 2 months asking them to stop. My experience has been totally awful with CVMaker. Since unsubscribing, they have continued to take money from my account and, to date, I have lost more than R1,200. Their terms and conditions are not clearly communicated when signing up — it was not clear to me that I was subscribing to a monthly service. I admit that I should have reviewed the terms more carefully, but what is not fair is that CVMaker keeps debiting R444 from my account every month. They appear to have an automated process in place that continues to charge me without my consent. In addition to these debits: On 08 July, 09 July, 29 July, 28 August, and 26 September 2025, CVMaker successfully debited amounts ranging from R34 to over R400 from my account. Every time I don’t have sufficient funds, their debit attempts fail, but my bank still charges me R8.50 per failed transaction. This has happened multiple times on dates such as 14 July, 16 July, 17 July, 21 July, 24 July, 14 August, 18 August, 20 August, 23 August, 15 September, 17 September, and 22 September. This means I am losing money in two ways: Wrongful CVMaker debits despite unsubscribing. Bank penalty fees caused by their repeated debit attempts. I urgently need CVMaker to: Stop debiting my account immediately. Refund all wrongful debits and related bank charges.
I was assist by Nurjehan Williams, who was efficient and provided clear guidance. I am happy with Ooba homeloans, they make the process of owning a home much easier.
I paid R180 for a course on Udemy , however the course was not loaded. Basically gave me them money for free.
I ordered on their site and paid with my card , a month has passed I still havent received what I ordered. Their customer number keeps ringing, with no answer.
