I am extremely upset as Cell direct me into debt and now I can't get a job!!!! When an agent from cell direct called me to sell me a phone and a router, I accepted the offer but I told the agent plenty times to please debit from my Capitec account because for the 2 existing lines my dad pays for that and his buying a house so nothing else can go off of his Absa account. I'm not sure what happened during the process but they tried to debit all from the Absa account which is my dad's and it declined. With that my father was very upset and he said I need to pay for all 4 lines because Telkom is gonna continue doing this to my account I know them. With that being said I could not afford 4 lines I called cell direct to cancel advising them that I cannot afford to pay for all 4 lines. They agreed after a long hard battle that they will collect the devices and cancel the contracts because it was still within 3 months and based on the fact that they made a mistake. A lady called me asking for my address. The next month when I called to follow up I spoke to a very rude man named Randal he said they changed their minds and they were not picking up the devices. Now telkom is constantly debitting late payment fees. Please I need help I am at my end with these contracts I cannot afford to pay so much I just need the 2 lines from cell direct canceled and the late payment fees from telkom reversed. I am now owing Telkom R26000!!! Please do not accept offers from this business!!! Icasa will now be involved!!!
I have to say I am so disappointed in sell direct. I distinctly asked the agent if the new contract premium will go off a different account and she asssured me that it will. I have been fighting with telkom for months regarding the payments and I am fed up. I want to cancel this contract please send someone to take your cellphone and router because it's just causing a big problem in my life and let your agents give factual in information before giving customers their word. Thank you.

I'm really dissapointed in Telkom, I have been logging the same inquiry from January but every time they send it through to the billing department they send through the wrong request! I have emailed and they are crooks I've spoken to over 10 consultants and none of them can assist me, every time I request to speak to a manager they make me wait over 10 minutes! I have 2 contracts with Telkom but they disregard their customers by over charging and never assisting! I have been promised a call back by the manager Nqobile Thusini and she never called back. I have had enough of Telkom treating me bad aswell as the consultants having l disgusting attitudes! I am definitely moving my contracts and I will never recommend Telkom to anyone! They more interested in getting 7 million subscribers by giving cheap contracts and then over charging aswell as giving absolute ****py service!
I'm really dissapointed in clover! I always purchase mini tropika juice for my baby so he can have throughout the month. This month I decided to try the big tropika in a box which tasted awful and made me feel really sick! It only expires 10-09-2018 so I don't understand why this is the case. It's really scary and I'm so lucky I havent given it to my 1 year old because God knows what would of happened, Clover really needs to look Into this because it is not like clover to produce such putrid products
