WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I bought the battery in 2025/06 and the battery is dead (9 months later). The "manager" claims the policy says they can't take my battery if it's that low and also claims that my battery was wrong for my car where else it's the same shop that has recommended me the same battery, twice
