I ask Finfix to help me with my dept. Everything went well until i got retrenched from my work. They send me an email state that they have terminate my service due to non payment. I singed a document on 10 June 2020 if i get retrenched or be disable the insurance will cover it, that is bull. I have send them all the documentation state that i have been retrenched. According to the the policy it is to young to help me and that there is no cover. to my knowledge the policy must be 3 months and older. i singed my retrenchment on 1 December 2020. So what can be done now. the policy with finfix is older than 4 months or must it be for 1 year before they help you.
I have also given up om telkom. I'm paying every month for the last 2 years on an account i can't use there is no telkom reception where i am. I have tried every month to close it and each time they say Ok its closed now. But the next month the deduction goes off. Its 70 rand. So if it makes Telkom happy to keep on deducting the its good. Its just that i don't even have a Telkom sim card and if i reverse the money it will reflect on my credit. So yes Telkom keep up the good work and keep on taking money for free its it's some one salary.
Good day. I just want to find out if I'm in the wrong here. In 2010 the company i worked for closed their doors. We all got retrenchment letters. I took that letter to Nashua mobile in Brits and explain what was happening. Gave in the letter and left it there. The following month i went back to Nashua and the lady told me its sorted. Now In 2019 after 11 years i owe then 25000 rand. How can that be and after so long. Some one did not do their job. For my part they can drink redbull and fly to hell. This is not acceptable at all. They will not get a cent from me.

Good Day. I need to apologise to Zero Dept. I was in the wrong They send out an W17 form on 3 July 2017 to all creditor's to remove my name from the system. So the, how shall i say this. NCR did not update their system correctly. Here i blame the wrong company. Sorry again Zero Dept and hope you can understand my point of view.
Wel because of they putting me on my name is so bad, i can't even get a 199 contract deal at cell c, mtn, vodacom. I must now wait 4 months. Thy stuffed up my name for good now.
I applied for an online loan. Loan tracker came back and said they can help. Yes i ticked the box for next page. They send me a form to join them. I did not complete the form. They say now when i ticked the box im on their system. Now they want 1100 to close an acc i never opened. How can these people steal hard earned money. It's a shame
They put me on depth review sins 2011. I never apply for that. They recall its by accident. Now my name is very and they don't care for messing up my name. Can i compensate for that
