Extremely bad service, I paid for Overnight service, and my package still has not been delivered. Contacted them and spoken to the GM, she cannot even give me a valid reason, or made any effort to assist me!! Emailed their head of department, without any feedback.. They cannot even say when the package will reach it's destination... Will never make use of them again, hope this helps someone not to be a victim of this company's terrible service!!
